ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Parking:

If there is restricted parking outside your home, please ensure that you have arranged sufficient parking vouchers for the duration of the job

Insurance:

Angel Sash Windows holds full public liability insurance.

Guarantee:

All new joinery and associated work is guaranteed for 5 years. All restoration work has a two year guarantee.

VAT:

Angel Sash Windows does not charge VAT

Preparation prior to job starting:

It is the responsibility of the householder to ensure that furniture is cleared from the immediate area where the work is being carried out, and curtains, blinds etc are removed.

Removal of old materials:

Angel Sash Windows will remove and dispose of all old frames, sashes and other general debris.

Quotes:

Quotes will be emailed or posted within 5 working days of the survey being carried out. Any quote provided by Angel Sash Windows is applicable for the work seen on the survey. Any additional work that comes to light during the project being carried out will be discussed with the customer before going ahead.

Deposit:

A deposit of 25% or the cost of joinery will be required before work starts.

Interim payments:

For projects of more than one week, interim payments will be required to the value of the work carried out.

Final invoices:

All final invoices must be settled on completion of the project.
